Reporting initially to your Team Leader and then to your Head of Department, your primary role will be to monitor and maintain the Trust's systems and the server (physical and virtual) infrastructure. You will proactively monitor support queues, analyze tickets, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues. Occasionally, you may need to deal with third-party suppliers and participate in other team activities.

Main duties of the job
Join our Data Centre & Infrastructure (DC&I) services Team as an IM&T Technical Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be motivated, service-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions. Flexibility to work between 08:00 and 18:00, undertake emergency duties, and perform maintenance outside core hours is required.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a busy IT support environment, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build reliable working relationships. Organization, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
