Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well respected, and established law firm in the recruitment of a Medical Negligence Legal Assistant/Secretary. Key Responsibilities: * Providing high-quality administrative support to the medical negligence solicitors and legal team. * Managing client correspondence, ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally. * Organising and maintaining legal documents, ensuring all records are accurately filed and easily accessible. * Drafting legal documents, including letters, reports, and claims, under the direction of solicitors. * Liaising with clients, healthcare providers, and other relevant parties. * Assisting with case management, including preparing documents for hearings and meetings. * Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and care.
