Overview
We are seeking a skilled-detail orientated Paint Sprayer to join our small team at our factory in Clay Cross where we manufacture wooden loudspeaker cabinets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting, including filling and sanding
* Apply polyurea coating using spray equipment with precision
* Mix paint to specifications
* Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe workspace
* Inspect finished work for quality assurance
Requirements
* proven experience as a paint sprayer
* Understanding of paint application techniques
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and dedication to quality
Working hours could be flexible if needed.
