Personal Advisor
Location: Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 19.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Support young people leaving or who have left care.
Offer advice and practical help.
Participate in creating and reviewing Pathway Plans.
Coordinate support services for young people.
Keep track of young people's progress and well-being.
Help young people access health services and improve their well-being.
Encourage young people to reach their potential.
Assess and report risks and safeguarding issues.
Work with various agencies to support young people.
Attend meetings to represent the department.
Maintain accurate records.
Ensure proper authorization and recording of case expenditures.
Contribute to service development through meetings and events.
Engage in performance reviews and training opportunities.
Perform other duties as needed.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Experience in social care or related field.
Ability to work with young people and families.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with electronic record-keeping systems.
Knowledge of local community and faith groups.
