Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
We are a team dedicated to caring for six of the most magnificent palaces in the world.
The Accounts Payable Assistant will support the Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager in ensuring efficient processing of Accounts Payable for both entities: Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) and its trading subsidiary, Historic Royal Palaces Enterprises Ltd (HRPE).
1. Inputting invoices and credit notes into the finance system.
2. Allocating and reviewing invoices.
3. Managing queries from staff and suppliers.
4. Reviewing procurement card expenditure for policy compliance.

We seek an individual with experience in Accounts Payable, ideally handling a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced environment. However, we are open to considering enthusiastic beginners with office and administrative experience.
Knowledge of eFinancials (eFin) is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, be well-organized, manage their time effectively, and communicate well.
