Mayfield School is expanding! With the exciting development adding new sites in September 2025, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sites Caretaker to join our team and help maintain safe, secure, and well-functioning environments across all school locations.
About the Role
As a Sites Caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our school premises. You will be responsible for site security, maintenance, caretaking duties, and supervision of cleaning staff. This is a mobile role requiring daily travel between sites, offering variety and autonomy.
What We’re Looking For
• A reliable and flexible individual with practical maintenance skills
• Experience in caretaking or facilities management preferred
• Ability to work and travel independently across multiple sites. Own Transport is required.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Good communication and organisational skills
