About The Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Support patients across 7 specialised therapies.
* Handle healthcare professional queries and urgent patient issues with speed and empathy.
* Coordinate special deliveries, equipment (pumps, fridges) and collections.
* Assist patients with any queries related to their treatments, providing clear guidance and communication via inbound/outbound calls and shared mailboxes.
* Work closely with the nursing team and manage complaints, safeguarding, and other patient-related matters professionally.
