About The Role

Are you ready to take your patient care career to the next level? Join us as a Mid-Tech Patient Service Coordinator, where you’ll support patients receiving advanced therapies and ensure smooth, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support patients across 7 specialised therapies.
* Handle healthcare professional queries and urgent patient issues with speed and empathy.
* Coordinate special deliveries, equipment (pumps, fridges) and collections.
* Assist patients with any queries related to their treatments, providing clear guidance and communication via inbound/outbound calls and shared mailboxes.
* Work closely with the nursing team and manage complaints, safeguarding, and other patient-related matters professionally.

Specialised Knowledge: Understanding of specialised therapies and treatments, with the ability to provide knowledgeable support to patients.

Customer Service Skills: Strong background in customer service, with a focus on empathy, communication, and problem-solving.

Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work closely with healthcare professionals, nursing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent patient care.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to handling patient queries, records, and documentation.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness in your role.
