About the Role: As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring pupils have a safe, happy, and enjoyable lunchtime. You'll help create a positive environment where children can eat, play, and socialise safely. Key Responsibilities: Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during lunch breaks. Encouraging healthy eating and good table manners. Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive play. Supporting children in resolving minor conflicts. Reporting any incidents or concerns to senior staff. What We're Looking For: A caring and patient nature with a genuine interest in working with children. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and follow school policies. Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
