What You’ll Be Doing:
* Drive the mobile product roadmap from vision to rollout, collaborating with data and UX specialists.
* Define and own the mobile product strategy and roadmap for iOS and Android.
* Lead the end-to-end lifecycle, including ideation, launch, and optimisation.
* Champion new mobile-first features to enhance user experience beyond web capabilities.
* Manage user flows, onboarding, and subscription features, continuously improving UX through insights and research.
* Utilise analytics, A/B testing, and usability data for decision-making.
* Act as product owner in an agile team, managing backlog and coordinating with engineering, design, and architecture teams.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless subscriber journeys, working with growth, retention, and web teams.
* Share knowledge and successes related to mobile across the wider business.
What You’ll Need To Apply:
* Minimum of seven years’ experience in digital product management with a focus on mobile (iOS/Android).
* High proficiency in English communication.
* Extensive experience building and scaling subscription-based mobile apps, preferably in physical goods or SaaS subscriptions.
* A proven track record of improving engagement, LTV, and retention in native apps, with measurable results.
* Proficiency with analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, and Amplitude, and experience designing impactful A/B tests.
* Deep understanding of mobile UX, architecture, QA, and app store processes.
* Experience working remotely across functions and time zones.
* Passion for integrating data and intuition, with interest in AI and emerging technologies.
* Strong, independent English communication skills and best practice-driven work ethic.
