* Hours: 25 hours per week
* Location: Wellingborough and Kettering (Field Based)
Permanent employedfield-based role managing a Home Collected consumer credit. Mutual are looking for candidates with good people skills who are hardworking, proactive and self-motivated. No previous experience required, must be able to drive and have access to a car.
As you develop within the role, you'll come to view the job as running your own small business.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Representative:
* Managing customer's payments
* Promote the business and the products
* Generate new leads
* Help customers experiencing difficulties
Skills/Requirements:
* Driving licence holder with access to a car
* Good one to one communication skills
* Self-motivated
* Good planning and organisation skills
* Ability to get on well with people and build relationships
