ABOUT THE ROLE
As our HR Coordinator,you’llplay a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly.You’llsupport recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payrolldataand employee queries, helping to create a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, giving you exposure across the full HR function and plenty of opportunity to grow.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Recruitment &Onboarding
1. Coordinateendtoendrecruitment, including adverts, CV screening, scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
2. Maintain ATS and candidate pipelines
3. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and completerighttoworkand preemployment checks
4. Support induction planning and ensure new starters have a smooth introduction to the business
HR Administration & Lifecycle
5. Maintainaccurateemployee records in the HRIS (GDPR compliant)
6. Prepare HR documentation
7. Process employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, salary updates)
8. Support the leaver process, including exit documentation and interviews
Payroll, Benefits & Reporting
9. Collate monthly payroll data (starters, leavers, changes, absence)
10. Support benefit and pension administration queries
11. Maintain HR trackers and produce regular people reports
Employee Relations & Compliance
12. Provide confidential admin support for ER cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance)
13. Respond todaytodayHR and recruitment queries in line with policy
14. Support audits, compliancechecksand general HR governance
Continuous Improvement & Projects
15. Identifyopportunities to streamline HR and recruitment processes
16. Support employer branding and attraction initiatives
17. Contribute to wider HR projects andpeoplefocusedinitiatives
ABOUT YOU
2–3 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator, HRAdministratoror recruitment role
Previousrecruitment/ resourcing experience
Strongcommunication skills — clear,professionaland confident
Excellentattention to detail andhigh standardsof accuracy
Abletomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information
Comfortableworking in afastpaced, dispersed organisation
Strongadministrative, organisational andstakeholdermanagementskills
Knowledgeof HR systems (Workday or similar) and basic HR/Payroll processes
Awarenessof UK employment law and HR best practice
