We're looking for a Night Team Leader to join our team at Clann Dion, Wragby, Near Lincoln
As a Night Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in leader your team in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;
* Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
* Support your team
* Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
* Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
Pay & Progression
We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £14.22 Level 2: £15.25 Level 3: £16.30
