Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Role Overview
Support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs within the classroom and wider school environment. Work on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to help pupils access learning and achieve their individual targets. Promote communication, independence, and engagement throughout the school day. Assist with personal care and physical support where required. Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for learners.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND desirable but not essential.
- Patient, compassionate, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
- Ability to build positive relationships and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment.
