Keen and ambitious Office Administrator required to join a Privately Owned Contractor based in the South-coast. With an impressive pipeline of future works across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their construction knowledge and be a part of a company that can provide a secure pipeline of works and a fantastic career pathway. This Office Administrator role will involve regular liaison with the wider business, providing support to site teams from tender stage through until completion & after care. As Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing the compliance throughout the team. This Office Administrator will be joining a longstanding successful team amongst the business based in their head office Hampshire five days a week. As Office Administrator you will lead the administration and systems for the team, ensuring company procedure and best practice is followed in an organised and efficient manner. This Office Administrator role is with a specialist contractor, with a impressive turnover, pipeline of works and a contractor paving the way in the UK. Projects traditionally range in size and value. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator looking to work locally. Key attributes will include excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to manage deadlines and a enthusiastic nature. Due to the nature of this role previous construction experience is essential.
