About the Agency
We are one of NFU Mutual's Agencies, covering North and East Down and based in offices in Newtownards & Saintfield. We have excelled in providing a first-class service to our ever-increasing portfolio of diverse business and personal clients in the insurance, financial services and risk management sectors.We have an additional exciting opportunity for a someone to join our growing and successful team.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our growing Agency and get your career off to a flying start.Our Apprentice role is designed to give you the skills, training and support and development you will need to progress within the Financial Services Industry.
You will be based within our Agency with ongoing support from your team, line manager and over the next 2-3 years will gain a NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds in Providing Financial Services and obtain your Certificate in Insurance with the Chartered Insurance Institute – and that’s only to start with!
About You
This position is suitable for school lever or graduate – training and role will be bespoke depending on level and experience:
·A real people person with drive, energy and enthusiasm.
·Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
·Pro-active and the ability to work independently
·Strong IT literacy
Qualifications required:
·Minimum – Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
