We have an exciting new role that will lead a team in a new system integration, the role will suit an experience Project Manager that has experience in Systems or a Stock and Systems Manager with a keen focus on projects.
The role will report to the Contract Operations Manager and will have line management responsibility.
1. 37.5 hour contract
2. Monday-Friday, office hours 06:00-18:00
3. Salary: £40-45,000 (DOE, pa)

Duties and responsibilities:
8. Effective line management of the Asset Suite 9 (AS9) Project team
9. Creation, development and management of project timelines including Cost Benefit Analysis, Gantt charts and business cases
10. Team Development: establishing training needs of the team and liaising with relevant parties
11. Proactively contribute to achieving performance and operational targets for each shift, safety, quality, service, absence
12. Liaise with departmental heads to ensure the successful delivery of the AS9 Project
13. Create and deliver briefings - continuous engagement to ensure effective delivery of the project integration
14. Establish priorities, communicate, and escalate them effectively
15. Continuous improvement of project timelines and working practises
16. Collating data for senior management, the client and communicating these in various different formats
17. Use of safety systems across the contract such as: Insight and EcoOnline
18. Contributing, mentoring, and driving team development
Experience, skills and attributes:
19. Strong Systems knowledge/experience is essential; Warehouse Management Systems and all Microsoft Applications; especially Excel
20. Confidence to escalate concerns to senior management
21. Line management experience
22. Project Management experience and/or qualification: PRINCE2, APM
