The Procurement Manager will create and execute sourcing strategies and oversee supplier relationships. You will be joining a newly created team providing a great opportunity to gain broad indirect category exposure along with being integral to the maturing and improvement of the function. Develop and apply sourcing strategies to improve processes and drive cost savings. Collaborate with teams to create sourcing plans that meet business needs. Analyse and report on procurement metrics to track performance and savings. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to manage risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans. Promote continuous improvement and innovation with suppliers. Support supplier development programmes and benchmark against industry standards. To be considered: Procurement Manager / Category Manager within financial services. Proven record of achieving cost savings and enhancing supplier performance. Strong analytical skills. Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
