Fantastic, independent communications agency is seeking a Digital / Social Director to lead the agency’s social and digital strategy across client accounts and new business opportunities.
As a rapidly growing boutique creative communications agency working across culture, technology, sustainability and lifestyle brands their work spans campaigns, social systems, film and motion content, advertising, partnerships and digital storytelling.
This is an exciting role for a strategically minded, culturally aware digital specialist who understands how modern brands behave online and how content travels across platforms.
You will act as the agency’s authority on social platforms, digital content and paid media performance.
This position demands ownership, strong client leadership, rigours process and the ability to guide teams in delivering social and digital work that is both culturally relevant and measurably effective.

Experience:
* Experience in social media, digital marketing or communications within a creative agency or brand environment
* Expert understanding of social-first content development and platform behaviours across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging channels
* Experience developing high-performing organic social and digital strategies for flagship
* clients
* Proficiency managing paid social campaigns, including media planning, optimisation and stakeholder reporting
* Strong commercial skills including scopes of work, budgets and account planning
* Confidence presenting strategy and results to clients and senior stakeholders
* Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performance
