About The Role:
We are working witha well-established London architecture studio that is looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join their team. This is a varied role that combines studio administration, communications, and marketing support, offering the chance to be at the heart of a collaborative and creative practice.
This position would suit someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of studio life. The role calls for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident supporting directors, coordinating meetings, assisting with bids, and helping with the smooth running of studio operations.
Our client offers flexible/hybrid working and the opportunity to gain broad experience within a supportive design environment, with scope to grow and develop skills across administration, marketing, and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day studio support including reception, diary management, office supplies, and facilities coordination
* Assist with onboarding new starters, organising meetings, CPDs, and office events
* Support bid and presentation preparation
* Help manage practice policies, procedures, and internal comms
* Maintain and update project photography, CVs, datasheets, and image libraries
* Assist with marketing activity including website updates, award submissions, and social media content
* Support directors with administrative tasks and liaise with external suppliers where required
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop an advantage
* Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
* Personable, approachable, and a strong team player
* Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support across a wide variety of tasks
