Overview
This is a full‑time, permanent role with hybrid working, offering a salary of £30,193 - £34,104 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Working closely with the duty AMHPs and liaising with stakeholders.
* Effectively managing MHA referrals and coordinating MHA assessment.
* Ensuring all information is recorded timely and accurately.
* Ensuring requests for assessment are communicated with hospital discharge social worker and AMHPs within the timeframe specified.

* Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.
* Good communication and report‑writing skills.
* A compassionate approach to supporting people with mental health conditions.
