Overview
The full-time salary is £36,363 - £39,152 (full time) + Allowance for weekend working, 12.5% shift allowance and sleep-in payments as determined by home worked in. Hours: Average of 37 hours per week. You will work on a rota which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will also be required to sleep in when rostered to do so. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in Stoke on Trent city council small group homes.

Responsibilities
* Work on a rota to support the manager in running the home to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
* Be flexible and resilient to work with complex situations and manage complex behaviours.
* Provide support to a group of staff and contribute to training, development and induction to ensure readiness for challenges.
* Assist with safeguarding and welfare duties in line with council policies and procedures.
* Sleep in when rostered as required by the role.
