About The Role
Birchwood Grange Care H ome in Harrow is looking for an experienced leader like you, drawing on your expertise in managing all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, professional standards and business performance targets.
Providing person-centred care, delivering excellent quality outcomes and supporting our residents and our teams is very important to us and we are looking for someone to join our team, who can really shine and make a difference to the lives of others by demonstrating warmth and leadership.
You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all staff are supported and always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents’ personal, psychological, and social care needs are met.You will be the focal point of all family, resident and professionals contact in the home.
Your team will be extremely important too, looking to provide inspirational leadership and daily management. You will undertake regular staff recruitment, embedding an open culture to empower your staff to be the best team possible, always looking to demonstrate our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.
It is essential for this position that you hold a current NMC pin.

About You
To join us a Care Home Manager, it is essential that you have 4 years’ experience in the care home sector with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position. You will have sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding and the MCA. You will have the super-human characteristics of being efficient whilst always putting people first, showing kindness and still have energy to love life and make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.
