Responsible for all aspects of building maintenance, Health and Safety arising from site issues, site and building security, liaising with all departments as required. Role Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Assisting maintenance staff with site and building maintenance.
2. Completing and keeping company PAT testing up to date.
3. Keeping workshops and sites clean and tidy.
4. Working on other company sites as required.
5. Working out of normal hours to complete jobs.
6. Carrying out duties other than your own as requested.
7. Occasionally driving a company vehicle for business purposes.
8. Undertaking any reasonable duties specified by Senior Management.
