Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Delivering Health and Safety support for our varied clients to support them in delivering their duties.
2. Attending client sites for milestone reviews and production recce or providing on-location support for filming according to the client's needs.
3. Carrying out H&S performance/gap analysis.
4. Developing templates and documentation to support clients' projects & overseeing their effective delivery.
5. Establishing positive relations with existing clients.
6. Liaising, proactively and professionally, with colleagues to contribute to team effectiveness, support others as needed, and ensure consistency, quality, and profitability of shared projects.
7. Maintaining and developing personnel competence to meet the business's and clients' demands.
8. Proven track record within Health and Safety at the advisor or consulting level.
9. Experience in TV, film, and media is desired but not essential.
10. Minimum of NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent level 3 safety qualification.
11. Ongoing membership with IOSH or IIRSM.
12. Ability to be on location for up to 6 weeks globally with notice.
Manager Requirements
1. Proven track record within Health and Safety at the advisor or consulting level.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Health and Safety.
3. Experience in TV, film, and media is desired but not essential.
4. Minimum of NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent level 3 safety qualification.
5. Prepared to or currently working towards NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent Level 6 in Health and Safety.
6. Ongoing membership with IOSH or IIRSM.
7. Ability to be on location for up to 6 weeks globally with notice.
