Job Description:
We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business dedicated to growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans' behaviors and preferences.
We collaborate with clients to analyze and influence fan activities, including spending habits, event attendance, preferred channels, and content consumption. Our insights help clients expand their audiences and revenues, both consumer and B2B.
Trusted by over 900 global clients such as the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, NFL, Nike, and Amazon, we operate from 14 offices worldwide with nearly 1000 employees, serving diverse sports and entertainment sectors.
Our Rights Management division specializes in commercial sales for iconic sports and entertainment brands, pioneering rights-sales to maximize emotional engagement and drive commercial results. We have successfully closed over $1.2bn in sponsorship rights, including record deals for UEFA Women’s Football, the All Blacks, and Mercedes F1.
Our goal is to optimize client revenues while minimizing fixed costs associated with in-house sales teams. We focus on solving problems rather than just selling assets and are expanding our sales team, client base, and geographic reach.

We seek an experienced sponsorship sales professional for the role of Sponsorship Sales Lead, responsible for leading high-profile sponsorship deals for premium rights holders globally.
* Proactively source and engage potential sponsors across various categories and regions, qualifying prospects, securing meetings, and building relationships.
* Manage and cultivate trusted relationships with decision-makers at global brands.
* Influence senior business decision-makers across sectors and markets worldwide.
* Execute competitive processes, negotiate, and close high-profile sponsorship deals.
* Demonstrate a track record of delivering multiple significant sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders in sport or entertainment.
* Exhibit high influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Experience working across different countries, cultures, and time zones is preferred.
