Salary : Up to £48,000
We're hiring an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead a multi-tier IT support team (1st, 2nd, 3rd Line). You'll oversee daily operations, manage escalations, and ensure high service standards through effective leadership and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day service desk operations and team performance
* Monitor and meet SLAs/KPIs
* Drive incident, change, and release management
* Develop automation workflows using ITSM tools
* Coordinate patching, software deployments, and reporting
* Mentor and develop team members
Required Experience:
* Proven leadership in IT support environments
* Hands-on knowledge of:
o VMware/Horizon
o Microsoft Server 2019
o Cisco/Juniper networking
o Active Directory, Exchange
o Trellix/Trend security tools
o ITIL-based processes
Nice to Have:
* Windows 10, SharePoint, Linux, MDM (Avanti)
* Experience with SCOM, SQL, ePo, Excel
* Understanding of PDR/JSPs
