Tutor Opportunities – Hampshire
Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available
We are currently seeking passionate and reliable tutors to support learners across Hampshire. We receive referrals for learners from Early Years through to 18+, with placements available on a full-time or part-time basis depending on your availability.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference through personalised, 1:1 tuition.
About the Role
As a Tutor, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 tuition in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) and/or Functional Skills
2. Deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions tailored to each learner
3. Support learners with a range of needs, abilities, and learning styles
4. Track progress, set targets, and adapt teaching strategies where needed
5. Deliver sessions in homes, schools, or community settings, depending on the placement
Requirements
We are looking for tutors who have:
6. At least 6 months’ experience working in UK schools
7. Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths and/or Science
8. Experience in tutoring or teaching (school-based, intervention, tuition centre, mentoring, or similar)
9. The ability to build positive, trusting relationships with learners
10. A reliable, organised, and professional approach, with confidence working independently
11. A current enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
