We’re looking for a passionate and pragmatic Service Manager to lead the delivery and continual improvement of our Secure Operations Centre (SOC) services. This role will require someone onsite full time.
What you'll be doing:
 1. Lead the delivery of SOC services, ensuring alignment with ITIL and CREST standards.
 2. Own and manage the SOC BAU service lifecycle for Analysts and Engineering.
 3. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement, reporting and feedback.
 4. Make sure services meet agreed SLAs, critical metrics and compliance requirements.
 5. Support onboarding and offboarding of services and clients.
 6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service maturity uplift.
What you’ll bring:
 7. Experience in IT service delivery and managing SLAs and KPIs.
 8. Strong understanding of Sopra Steria offerings and business drivers.
 9. Professional qualification such as ITIL.
 10. Excellent partner communication and engagement skills.
 11. Ability to lead and support teams effectively.
 12. A proactive attitude and passion for delivering high-quality services.
It would be great if you had:
 13. Experience in contract and budget management.
 14. Membership of a recognised professional IT body.
 15. Relevant sector experience in secure operations or defence.

Salary: Up to £60,000 Depending on experience.
