Regional Development Executive (Unilever)

Location: UKI region, covering Northern UK (excluding Scotland), ideally Leeds/Manchester area.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team responsible for growing market share and business development in the Out-Of-Home Channel. You will work closely with Head Office contacts and buying teams to compile and deliver JBPs, develop equipment strategies, and grow sales through data insights. Delivering a portfolio of Unilever Ice Cream brands to customers and consumers is central to this role.
Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Relationships: Manage relationships with Account Managers, HR Business Partners, Customer Account Managers, and Wall's Refrigeration Solutions team.
* Customer Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers, manage Head Office Group Accounts, and execute joint business plans.
* Sales and Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities, defend existing accounts, ensure delivery of targets, and place premium equipment.
* Account Management: Create and manage JBPs with HO accounts, monitor performance, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
* Customer Support: Provide training to ensure operating standards are met, including cabinet care and scooping.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills tailored for business environments.
* Proven track record of delivering sales performance.
* Full UK driver’s license and residence within the territory (preferably Leeds/Manchester).
* Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Ability to plan contact strategies efficiently and manage diverse customer needs.
* Team-oriented, proactive, and passionate about business delivery.
