Exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator with Residential experience to join a thriving housebuilder who have ambitious growth plans where you will join a new division offering long term progression opportunities to Senior and Management level positions.

They have an emphasis on sustainability which has at the forefront of their builds. Due to thriving in the current market they have opened a new division which is exceeding targets and therefore are looking for an additional Technical Coordinator to join the team.
In this role you will work on all technical aspects of the housebuilding projects. working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants and sub contracts.
