Working within an established team and office in East Malling, you will be provided with a structured training plan, coaching and mentoring on a career path with clear progression, qualifications and goals to become a successful Property Manager within the business in the leasehold management sector.

Duties include:
1. Overseeing a property portfolio and providing high levels of customer service
2. Budget management
3. Project management
4. Document and compliance management
5. Regular site visits / inspections
6. Oversee contractor performance
7. General administration
Experience needed:
1. Excellent customer service / client engagement skills
2. Organised, keen and motivated to learn and progress
3. Experience or keen interest in Property
4. Car/Driver is essential (expenses paid and parking provided)
5. Keen to learn and develop new skills
6. Keen to obtain formal qualifications and build a career
