Humanities Teacher

We are working with a rural, community middle school who are nestled on the picturesque border between Devon and Somerset, who seeking a dedicated Humanities Teacher to join from September 2024.

Position Details:
As a Humanities Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and enriching lessons across the humanities disciplines, including History, Geography, and Religious Studies. You will have the opportunity to inspire curiosity, promote critical thinking, and ignite a passion for lifelong learning among your students. Collaborating with a team of dedicated educators, you will contribute to the development of an innovative curriculum that reflects real-world issues and promotes global awareness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialism in Humanities (History, Geography, Religious Studies, or related field)
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
