Are you an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer looking for your next opportunity in Manchester? We are working with a Housing Association client seeking a dedicated professional to investigate, manage, and resolve cases of anti-social behaviour while building strong partnerships to improve community safety. THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving anti-social behaviour cases, working closely with residents, communities, and partner agencies to create safer neighbourhoods.
Key responsibilities include:
Investigating and managing reports of anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, and hate crime.
Preparing and presenting cases for legal action, including court attendance when required.
Providing support and assistance to victims and witnesses of anti-social behaviour.
Working in partnership with internal teams, local authorities, police, and other agencies.
Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers, including those at risk of tenancy failure.
Maintaining accurate records on housing management systems and preparing statistical reports.
Supporting the delivery of neighbourhood strategy and community safety initiatives.THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in managing ASB cases from investigation to resolution.
You will also have:
Experience of delivering community safety or ASB services within housing or local authority sectors.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to ASB.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with challenging situations professionally.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a demanding caseload.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housing management IT systems.THE CONTRACT
Working Hours – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Length of Contract – 3 Month temporary contract, potential for extension
Rate The pay range for the role is £22.93 to £24.38 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £19.68 to £20.92 per hour, inclusive of holiday. HOW TO APPLY
