We're looking for a passionate and creative Part-Time Social Media & Content Creator to take charge of our Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. If you love food, content creation, and bringing ideas to life, this is your chance to grow with a brand that's just getting started.
What you'll be doing:
* Creating engaging content — from photos and videos to reels and TikToks.
* Managing our Instagram and TikTok pages, including scheduling posts and stories.
* Capturing behind-the-scenes content with the team and our food.
* Engaging with followers, replying to comments and DMs, and building a community vibe.
* Coming up with fresh ideas and campaigns to boost our sales and reach.
* Tracking post performance and tweaking strategies to improve engagement.
* Staying on top of social media trends to keep Smashd Bros fun and relevant.
What we're looking for:
* Some experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (students welcome).
* Passion for social media platforms and how they can grow a brand.
* Creativity with an eye for photography, video, and storytelling.
* Initiative and fresh ideas — we want someone who isn't afraid to experiment.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and organised with their time.
