Description: This is an exciting role, working as our Graduate Sales and Marketing Assistant. You will be working alongside the Sales and Marketing Teams, supporting online retail operations, analysing sales and building relationship with our key brands such as Mars, Nestle and Colgate Palmolive. You will also discover how we have grown PetShop.co.uk to be the UK largest independent online pet shop. This role offers an opportunity for the successful candidate to play a vital part in the growth of PetShop.co.uk. But don't worry, no experience is needed as full training will be provided, so you can learn everything you need to succeed. Main Job Role: As our Graduate Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will primarily support online sales and marketing operations and provide customer support, inclusive of: Executing Planned Promotions : You will be involved in uploading offers and promotions, ensuring they are executed smoothly and on time Reporting & Analysis : downloading Sales reports to support the business Building Relationships : Engaging with brands like Mars and Nestle, attending meetings, and fostering strong connections Trend Research & Marketing : Staying on top of new pet product trends and finding creative ways to market them Marketing Strategy : Helping to develop and implement strategies such as SEO, affiliate marketing Product Listings : Managing online product listings and descriptions, and learning new software tools Ad-Hoc Projects : Participating in various projects that require organizational skills and meeting deadlines What you will bring: You will be a recent Graduate Be positive and driven, so a can-do attitude with ambition to become an integral part of the team A Business Acumen a keen interest in learning ecommerce Sales, Buying and marketing skills Be Tech-savvy - comfortable working with Excel and confident to learn new software An extremely organised individual with exceptional attention to detail Enjoy being part of a fast-paced organization as tasks will need to be executed effectively and efficiently Thrive in the intense, fast-paced ecommerce environment, relishing the challenge of managing 8,000 diverse products and working tirelessly until the job is done.
