They are looking to add a Production Operative to their busy team. This role in vital in ensuring smooth operations within the factory environment supporting metal treatments and maintaining high-quality production standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands on experience in a dynamic production environment. Experience of Production Operative: * You will ideally have previous factory or manufacturing experience or be confident you enjoy a practical, hands-on role * Warehouse experience including forklift operation would be beneficial This role is a great opportunity to join a thriving business with room to grow and progress.
