Job Description
About the Clients
Client 1:
* PEG‑fed, with district nurses currently managing morning and evening feeds.
* Care Professional will assist withflushing the PEG twice daily(training provided).
* Registered blind.
* May needoccasional night‑time assistanceto reach the bathroom safely.
* Becoming increasingly mobile following a stroke.
* Manages most personal care independently.
Client 2:
* Living with advanced dementia.
* A wanderer who enjoys being physically active, regularly going out on the bus or walking.
* Requirescovert medication administration.
* Can be disinhibited and direct in communication, so the Care Professional must beemotionally robust, composed, and confident with boundary‑setting.
* Often does not recognise her need for support and may present as resistant or verbally sharp.
Start Date is End of February 2026
