Supported Living Carers needed - Waking Nights / Sleeping Nights Full UK Licence and own vehicle Please note we are not offering Sponsorships We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to work waking nights and sleeping nights, 12 Hour shifts. You will provide essential support and assist in delivering high-quality care andenhancing the quality of life of the people we support, with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging behaviour within the comfort of their own homes. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Assisting with meal preparation and being mindful to maintain nutritional and cultural needs Light domestic household tasks: laundry, ironing, washing dishes etc. Providing emotional and behaviour support Prompting or Assisting with medication Providing personal care to clients, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, changing of pads Social Skills - Taking out in local community Recording client information Assisting with mobility and transfers of clients Monitoring and reporting changes in clients condition Ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients Skills/Experience: 2/3 Years previous experience working in a healthcare setting -Essential Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care -Essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to be flexible with working hours Ability to work well in a team environment Compassionate and empathetic nature Fluent in speaking English Full UK driving Licence with access to own vehicle -Essential What we offer: Flexible working hours Full mandatory training Career progression Pension Blue Light Card Refer a friend bonus If you are looking for a rewarding career in the healthcare industry where you can make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
