NEW 2026: Good ££ pay for this Channel Islands' role for a junior to mid level insolvency lawyer. E&W or Commonwealth; NO need for offshore experience, but you must want to learn and also come to the Island [for good tax!]. You will work directly with the partner and even take responsibility for your own clients. Recent events have changed the brief somewhat, and the timing, this firm's insolvency and litigation departments have become busier by the day. Thus, this firm has dropped the PQE to 1-6; maybe even a NQ with quality experience. Whatever the PQE, you must be able to 'hit the ground' running with an immediate knowledge within this space; within London/GB/EU/Offshore. You will have a clear 'want and desire' to be part of a growing team and maintain its levels of superiority. You will come to the Island, be paid well, close to that of London, and work immediately on insolvency and com lit disputes - but this IS an insolvency role. Based in the City of London, Dan qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and is the owner of one of the longest serving legal recruitment agencies in London and the South East of England, Ellis-Wake. He regularly advises his clients on the complexity of the legal market, on their strategic future and is a known 'connector' and 'influencer' in the recruitment market. Dan's experience stretches back to 2004 and he's seen many significant changes in Global and local legal and recruitment markets and has recruited successfully in all of them. If this role is of interest please contact Dan Wake (Director) in confidence at dan.wake@elliswake.com or on (44) 7894 085 790. Ellis-Wake acts as an employment agency for permanent roles.
