Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join a successful law firm based in Leeds City Centre. The successful candidate will be working alongside a high-performing team, with progression opportunities. The role is a permanent position.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be supported by a Conveyancing Assistant to progress a caseload of residential conveyancing files which will include sales and purchase (both freehold and leasehold), title checks, remortgage, equity release and associated matters. You will be responsible for managing your team, and ultimately supervising the caseload.
Person specification
Applications are sought from candidates with over 5 years’ experience of managing their own caseload whether you be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer, or those qualified by experience. You will have experience holding your own caseload of residential conveyancing files and will be focussed on client care and maintaining relationships, both externally and internally.
