Summary
We are seeking a passionate Play Worker to join our team at Premier Education in the area In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing children's physical activity and development, contributing to our mission of promoting health and well-being among young learners.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging play activities that promote physical fitness and social skills.
* Support children's emotional and social development through structured play.
* Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
* Collaborate with other coaches to implement effective programs.
* Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
* Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure safety standards are met.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
* Uphold Premier Education's values in all interactions.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience working with children in a play or educational setting.
* Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
* First Aid certification is highly desirable.
* Experience in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Flexibility to adapt activities based on children's needs.
