We provide a range of housing solutions, including temporary, shared, and self-contained accommodation, alongside 24/7 maintenance and support services to help residents move towards independence.The Role We are seeking a proactive and passionate Property Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting vulnerable individuals and families by ensuring our properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with our office team, you will oversee placements from over 100 local authority partners across both self-contained and HMO properties, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations:Conduct check-out reports and collect keys when tenants vacateCarry out regular property inspections and report issuesManage access for contractors and local authoritiesRecord meter readings and facilitate top-upsComplete Fire Risk AssessmentsFollow daily instructions from the office to meet deadlinesWork independently in a lone-working role with a flexible approachConfidently support and interact with vulnerable and complex clientsStakeholder Management & Partnerships:Build and maintain strong relationships with partnersEnsure high levels of resident satisfactionIdentify opportunities to improve services and expand partnershipsProvide regular updates on property performance, risks, and opportunitiesRevenue & Performance:Support efficient move-in processes to maximise revenueStrategic Contribution:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryContribute to an ambitious growth strategy aiming to reach 10,000 units by 2029What We're Looking ForExperience in property management or a similar roleA proactive, organised, and reliable approachStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsComfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and making a differenceWhat You'll Receive£28,000 salary23 days annual leaveBlue Light Card For more information on this role please contact Cali Webb on or apply with your most up-to-date CV.
