Location: Dereham / King's Lynn area (Reporting office TBC)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
Salary: £37,534 per annum, with progression opportunities up to £43,530 per annum (top salary for experienced candidates with all proficient qualities)

About the Role
We have now been given authorisation to recruit for this role on a permanent basis.
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our Reactive Team, covering the Dereham and King's Lynn areas. You will carry out reactive repairs, voids, and electrical testing to ensure compliance with 18th Edition regulations, and support planned works when required.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out responsive and void electrical repairs in housing properties
Complete testing and inspection to maintain compliance
Support planned electrical installations (e.g., kitchens, adaptations)
Manage your own workload and meet performance targets
Deliver excellent customer service and liaise professionally with tenants
Requirements
Fully qualified Electrician with housing/reactive maintenance experience
Good IT skills (smartphone/tablet use)
Full UK driving licence
Ability to commute within 45 minutes of Dereham/King's Lynn
Willingness to undergo Basic DBS and licence check
Desirable: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds, 18th Edition, Inspection & Testing (2391)
