Confident on the phone with a proven track record of cold-calling. Ability to overcome objections. And strong prospecting skills.

My client is a PropTech company looking to expand their Business Development team to grow the business.

Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
* Identify and engage with Estate Agents
* Conduct outreach campaigns, mainly through cold calling (with emails and LinkedIn messages to support)
* Convert self-generated leads to demos
* Carry out demos and convert to customers
* Onboard customers ensuring they’re set up and utilising the platform
Relationship Management
* Maintain and nurture relationships with your existing clients
* Act as a key point of contact for your clients with any queries they have
* Work with the internal team to refine clients' services
Requirements
* Proven track record of cold-calling/door knocking
* Either PropTech or Estate Agency experience
Package
* £30,000 - £40,000 basic (dependent on experience)
* £60,000 - £80,000 OTE
* Remote
* Periodic socials and company meet-ups
* Tech provided
* Monday - Friday 8/9am - 5/6pm
* 25 days plus bank holidays
