What’s In Store For You: Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099) Opportunity to work on mission-critical policy administration systems within the life and annuity domain Exposure to cross-functional teams including business, operations, and engineering Collaborative and fast-paced environment with high visibility and impact Opportunity to deepen expertise in insurance systems, policy lifecycle, and production support How You Will Make An Impact: Provide technical system analysis and production support for policy administration platforms Investigate, triage, and resolve system issues, defects, and data discrepancies Partner with business stakeholders to understand policy workflows and operational challenges Perform root cause analysis and recommend system or process improvements Support batch processing, system integrations, and data flows across platforms Document findings, workflows, and system behaviors to improve team knowledge and efficiency Collaborate with development teams to support enhancements, fixes, and releases Are you an experienced Systems Analyst with deep policy administration expertise in life & annuity? 6–10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Production Support Analyst Strong experience supporting policy administration systems within life insurance or annuity environments Proven ability to triage issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and perform root cause analysis Hands-on experience working with production support, batch processing, and system integrations Solid understanding of policy lifecycle, annuity products, and insurance operations Ability to clearly differentiate between system analysis vs. development responsibilities Strong communication skills with experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams Familiarity with Agile environments and operational workflows Experience with SQL or data analysis tools for investigation and validation is preferred dice
