Your new role
You will manage a portfolio of French‑speaking customers, ensuring strong cash performance, smoothmunication and effective issue resolution.
1. Cash Collection - Drive timely collection of overdue invoices and maintain accurate follow‑up notes.
2. Resolve blocked orders quickly to support uninterrupted customer supply.
3. Prepare clean, accurate records for weekly management reviews.
4. Identify accounts requiring escalation and prepare supporting evidence.
5. Work with Sales and Customer Service to resolve invoice queries and disputes.
6. Build strong relationships through professional, confidentmunication in French and English.
7. Coordinate with the team to ensure accurate allocation of payments.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Fluent/business‑level French and Englishmunication skills.
9. Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
10. Strong understanding of credit management principles, payment terms, and debt recovery.
11. Excellentmunication & customer service skills, confident building a rapport with a wide variety of people.
12. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
13. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and work to targets
Desirable
14. CICM qualification (or working toward it).
15. Training in customer service, finance, or business administration.
