An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts/Stock Assistant to join my client’s forward-thinking organisation based in Inverness!
Duties will include:
Supporting month-end stock processes (journals, duty reclaims)
Accurately matching supplier invoices to receipts
Completing daily/weekly fuel reconciliations in a timely manner
Identifying and investigating any discrepancies
Maintaining internal controls and suggest improvements
The successful candidate will:
Have strong Excel and numerical skills
Have excellent attention to detail and organisation
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Have experience in stock control (advantageous)
