We’re looking for a Head of Repairs Operations to lead this vital function and play a key role in shaping the future of our homes and communities.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll provide operational leadership across repairs and maintenance services. You’ll lead large, multi‑disciplinary teams and contractors, manage significant budgets, and ensure services are safe, efficient, customer‑focused and fully compliant. As a senior leader, you’ll set direction, drive performance and foster a culture where colleagues are empowered to continuously improve how services are role is central to our ongoing transformation of repairs, moving beyond a transactional model to one that is smarter, more joined‑up and responsive to customer needs.
