With 20 years of experience in advocacy, The Borgen Project has supported the passage of numerous bills benefitting close to 500 million people in developing countries.
Writer/Journalist Programme
The role focuses on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.
This is a part-time, 12 hours per week, 12-week unpaid remote programme. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead to complete the programme in fewer weeks.
Responsibilities include:
1. Article writing.
2. Researching topics.
3. Assisting with advocacy efforts.
4. Assisting with fundraising by creating a personal campaign and meeting targets.
Experience: No prior experience necessary. We seek passionate individuals eager to fight poverty and right wrongs, regardless of GPA or background.
Details: This is an unpaid programme, although college credit is available.
Start Date: New programmes begin monthly; you can choose your start month.
