The Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown work across a range of automated machinery and electrical systems.
The Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Maintenance Engineer will have proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment on products and systems such as gearboxes, milling machines, electric motors, pneumatics, hydraulics or similar industrial engineering products.

Provide mechanical and electrical repair, service and maintenance on electromechanical equipment such as milling machines, gearboxes, plant machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics and more.
Fault-finding and troubleshooting of factory machinery and equipment to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Install electromechanical / automation & control machinery into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
Perform preventative maintenance checks and ensure accurate data logging
Willingness to commute to the workshop based near WolverhamptonMaintenance Engineer / Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
Experience as a maintenance engineer, service engineer, manufacturing engineer, electrical engineer, automation engineer, mechanical engineer, electromechanical engineer within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
Will have proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment on products and systems such as gearboxes, milling machines, electric motors, pneumatics, hydraulics or similar industrial engineering products
NVQ Level 3 / HNC / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
Knowledge of Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley PLCs would be advantageous.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, and work on own initiative
Basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding techniques
Commutable to Wolverhampton
